Because so much information on artists' poor health care conditions is difficult to track, Patrick Grugan, a memeber of the Poor People's Economic Human Rights Campaign www.universityofthepoor.org, has designed an easy survey for you to take. The results of this survey will serve as documentation that artists, as a low income population, are challenged by today's health care crisis.
